Mobile touch support added!

They're not exactly pretty yet, but I've added touch control to the game so players can give it a try from their phones.
While I still feel that desktop or desktop web delivers the best experience, enough people wanted to test things out on their phones that it seemed worth it.
If you come across any pain points or issues please leave a comment. General suggestions are also welcome :)
